Accessing the Cyberknight Secure Portal
- Navigate to https://secure.cyberknight-websites.com
- Log in with your provided credentials
- You’ll see your dashboard with all available management tools

Creating Your First Event
Events are a great way to keep your members informed about upcoming council activities.
Steps:
- Click “Events” in the main navigation
- Click “Create New Event”
- Fill in the event details (title, date, time, location, description)
- Click “Publish”
The event creation form makes it easy to add details and publish to your council website
Your event will now appear on your public council website!
Publishing a Post
Posts allow you to share news and updates with your council members.
Steps:
- Navigate to “Posts” in the portal
- Click “New Post”
- Write your content using the editor
- Add any images or attachments
- Click “Publish”
The post editor supports rich text formatting and image uploads
Posts can be automatically included in your email newsletters.
Managing Members
The member directory is automatically synced with your member management system, but you can view and update information through the portal.
